Actorsingers Bylaws
ARTICLE XV
AMENDMENTS, ALTERATIONS, REPEAL
Section 1. The Bylaws of this organization may be amended, altered or repealed by a vote of two thirds of the voting members present at any annual, semi-annual or special general meeting of the organization, provided that the notice of such meeting shall include such proposed amendments, alterations or repeals.
1a. All questions regarding the interpretation of these Bylaws shall be decided by the Executive Board.
