Actorsingers and the
NH Community Theatre Association

"I Never Saw Another Butterfly" was named first runner up at the New Hampshire Community Theatre Association Festival. Ghostlight Theatre's production of "One Flea Spare" came in first and Milford Area Player's Production of "I Hate Hamlet" came in second. Those two plays will be representing NH in the New England Regional Theatre Festival in Concord in March. If either production cannot compete, we are next in line to compete in the regional festival.

Actorsingers won all of the technical awards at the festival. We won awards for Excellence in Sound, Excellence in Lighting, and Excellence in Costume Design. Josh Friedman was the sound engineer, Craig Brennan designed the lights and Amy Friedman and Sherry Thompson designed the costumes. The sets, designed by Amy Friedman and built and painted single handedly by Tom Ritrovato also received praise from the judges.
