How the group is organized

The Actorsingers, Inc. as a nonprofit charitable organization is bound by a set of Bylaws (here) that define the formal structure and government of the group.

We also have Policies and Procedures, less strictly formulated, reflecting our "best practices" as developed over time. These were last updated in May, 2004. The best way to view them is to use this PDF, or you could download the MS Word document or a rough HTML copy made from it.
