Our Government

How the group is organized

The Actorsingers, Inc. as a nonprofit charitable organization is bound by a set of Bylaws (here) that define the formal structure and government of the group.

We also have Policies and Procedures, less strictly formulated, reflecting our "best practices" as developed over time. These were last updated in February, 2006. The best way to view them is to use this PDF, or you could download the MS Word document.

The organization is run by a Board of Directors; the current board was determined by election at the Annual Meeting of June 14, 2010:
