The Arrest



Soloists come on from downstage L (Lizzie,Bobbie,Rachel,Pat,Kirsten,Brian,Kath,Nash)

On individual solo, go up to Jesus' left side, move around the back of him over to his right. 
Snake around going back to the left.

"Come with us to see..." Whole group moves to the R 3 steps slowly then 2 quick (step on R, cross
L, step R, cross L quickly step on right quickly)
Repeat step going to L on "You'll just love seeing..."

First soloists move back so second group can come in.  2nd group does what the first soloists do.

"Come with us to see..." Both groups of soloists do 3 steps slowly then 2 quick to R then back 
to L.

Everyone in the group is either a 1,2,3 or 4. (if you don't have a number, let me know)
"Now we have him..."  group 1. L fist over heart R open hand palm up raised 1/2 up on "NOW".
group 2 on next "NOW we have him". 3's and 4's follow on the next "NOW we have.."

This is sung 4x (Now we have him, Now we've got him)
On the 5th NOW Everyones R arm goes straight up while your L fist comes down to side.
"We have got him now" - On 'We' your open R hand becomes a fist. On 'now' R arms comes down to side.


4 Bars of MUSIC

Starting on your L, step backward, dragging your foot. Go back w/ the R, then L again (3 steps total)
Turn around facing the back (turning to the R).
Now while facing the back step out to the L w/ your L leg. Cross your R leg over the L. Face left
move quickly behind Caiaphas' study.  (you'll hear in the music where you should move slowly, then
fast)

Caiaphas/Jesus/Annas sing

Crowd:

"Now we have him, Now we've got him". Same 4 groups (one at a time) putting R open face up hand out.
hold that pose until:
"Take him to Pilate". R arm comes down L arm points to stage L 45degree angle
on last "late" of Pilate all arms come down.
Move off stage L (unless your in Peters Denial).
