Dan Murphy
 2002 Dan plunged into community theater in the early 1970s and did many shows with the Arlington Friends of the Drama. Then, due to the distractions of raising children, career, etc., he was absent from the footlights until the Actorsingers production of Fiddler on the Roof in 2000. In 2001, he had the role of Arvide in Majestic's production of Guys and Dolls. Dan has performed at various area coffeehouses both solo and as a member of Granite Grass, and is substitute organist and musician at the UU Church of Nashua. He was the host of The Folk Show on New Hampshire Public Radio (WEVO) for several years, and now occasionally hosts "Something Different", a folk and acoustic program on WATD, 95.9 FM, in Marshfield, Massachusetts. 2005.06.06 |
