The Producers marks Valerie's first main stage production with the Actorsingers. Previous choreography credits include Junior Actorsingers, Teen Actorsingers and Nashua High School North and South productions. Over the past few years, Valerie has choreographed several shows for the Peacock Players including The Sound of Music, Aladdin Junior, Damn Yankees, Little Women, the Musical, and Peter Pan. Most recently, Valerie won the 2009 New Hampshire Theatre Award for Best Choreographer of a Musical (community) for Peacock Players production of Peter Pan. When Valerie is not busy working on some kind of show, she is a high school guidance counselor at Londonderry High School. Valerie would like to give a big thanks to Kathy and Judy for all of their support and patience in this project. Thank you to the cast for all of your hard work and dedication. Thank you to the crew for getting everything up and running. Valerie also thanks 2 very important choreography mentors in her life, Martha Daniels Holland and Donna O'Bryant Metzger for setting the stage so that she can be where she is today. She is eternally grateful! Finally, a huge thank you must go to mom and dad, who started her in dance lessons at the ripe old age of 3 and dealt with her tap dancing feet throughout the house. Thanks to family, friends, and coworkers who have put up with her crazy shenanigans and mood swings for the past 3 months. Thanks to Keith, Dalisa, and Rachel S., for always reminding her that she does have talent even though she doubts them most of the time.
