Freely based on the story of Genesis, Children of Eden is a frank, heartfelt and often humorous examination of the age-old conflict between children and parents. Adam, Eve, Noah, and the “Father” who created them deal with the headstrong, disastrous actions of their respective children. The show ultimately delivers a bittersweet but inspiring message that “the hardest part of love...is letting go.” The melodic score is a mix of pop, folk, rock, reggae, gospel, Broadway, and powerful choral moments. Director: A. Robert Dionne, Music Director: Peter Bridges. Majestic Youth Company - - - - - - - - - - - - The Majestic Youth Company is accepting applications for the 2001 season. This year the Majestic Youth Company will hold three diverse educational sessions throughout the summer. Each session will provide a fun-filled adventure through all aspects of the theatre, with each session taking a different emphasis and focus depending on the culminating performance. Lisa Desruisseaux and Roger Scruggs will be leading the two week summer theatre school program that begins on July 9th. They are expecting a full house, so register now!
